Storey is made for your wedding photos and videos. Your plan can hold your other photos and videos too. Everything goes in one archive, shared by the two of you.

It varies a lot, and video takes far more space than photos. Ours came to over 100 GB. The simplest way to know is to check the size of the folders you were sent. Then drag those folders in. Your folders stay as they are. Big uploads work best on a computer with a steady connection. You can pause and carry on later.

Three, in three different regions. We email you when all three copies are made. We also keep small thumbnails so you can browse, but they don't count as one of the three.

One copy in one place can be lost to a single failed drive, mistake, theft, fire or flood. With three copies in three different regions, an accident in one region still leaves two copies somewhere else.

In three data centers, in three different regions: Northern Virginia, Northern California and Toronto. The three regions are far apart. The Toronto copy is kept offline, away from the internet.

For as long as your plan is active. If a payment fails, we keep everything for 12 months and remind you and your backup contact. If it's still unpaid when the 12 months end, every copy is deleted, after final warnings. If you close your account, we keep your files for one more year. Then every copy is deleted.

If Storey ever closes, you and your backup contact get at least 90 days' notice. Downloads stay free and unlimited the whole time. After that, every copy is deleted.

We're building Storey so your files are encrypted on the way to us and in every copy.

Our systems read your files to make the thumbnails you browse and to prepare your downloads. Apart from keeping them, that's all we use your files for. We never sell them, and we never use them for ads or to train AI. No one at Storey opens your files unless you ask us for help, or the law requires it.

Yes, as often as you like. Ask for everything, or just the folders you choose. Your files are ready within 12 hours, and we email you when they are. Your download stays ready for 7 days. After that, just ask again.

$0.15 per GB, per year. Plans start at 50 GB, which is $7.50 a year. Our own wedding came to over 100 GB. A 150 GB plan is $22.50 a year. You pay for your plan size, not for what you've uploaded so far. Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Where tax applies, it's added at checkout.

No. Every plan is yearly, with no one-time price, because keeping your three copies is work we do every year.

On the same date each year. We remind you 30 days before your plan renews.

If a payment fails, we keep everything for 12 months, and you can still download your files. Uploads pause until the plan is paid. We remind you and your backup contact when it fails, then after 1, 3, 6, 9 and 11 months. Update your card at any point in those 12 months, and everything goes back to normal. If it's still unpaid when the 12 months end, every copy is deleted, after final warnings 30 days and 7 days before.

A second person we email if a payment fails, so the reminders reach two people. It can be your partner or anyone else you trust. Being a backup contact doesn't come with a login or a view of your files, and they don't pay anything.

Yes. Raise your plan size anytime in Plan & billing. You pay for the extra space for the rest of your current year, then the new yearly price from your renewal date.

Yes, with the same login. Each archive has one, so share it with your partner. You can also make your partner the backup contact, so payment reminders reach you both.

Close your account in Settings, and we keep your files for one more year, in case you change your mind. You can still download them during that year, and we'll email you 30 days before every copy is deleted. Want everything gone sooner? Ask us, and we'll delete every copy within 30 days instead of keeping it for a year.
